How-to Reset a Revolution SAR Airbrush

Disassembly

(1) Unscrew the Handle then (2) Unscrew the Needle Chucking Nut




(3) Pull out the Needle, then (4) Twist the Fluid Adjustment Knob clockwise until it stops




Reassembly

(1) Make sure the Main Lever is correctly oriented, the divot faces toward the back then (2) Insert the Needle. Do not force it in, but it should come to a firm positive stop.




(3) Give the Needle a twist counter clockwise, then (4) Reattach the Needle Chucking Nut, big end first.



(5) Reattach the Handle



Increasing Paint Flow

The airbrush will not, and should not spray after it has been reset. Twist the Fluid Adjustment Knob clockwise until reaching the desired spray level.
